Volunteer Opportunity: Showcase Egyptian Chapter in Herrin

Description

The Egyptian Chapter PR Committee is excited to sponsor the Pumpkin House Selfie Booth at Pumpkins in the Park in Herrin on October 30, and we're looking for volunteers to help make this a fun and memorable experience for attendees! 

Volunteers will help: 

• Hand out bubble wands to attendees 
• Take photos for attendees using their phones or cameras 
• Assist guests at the Pumpkin House Selfie Booth 
• Help create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere 

We will need approximately three volunteers at the booth throughout the evening. If you're available to help, please let us know what times you can volunteer, even if you're only available for a portion of the event. 

Set up is at 4:30PM. Actual event is from 5:30PM -8:30PM plus take down. We should be done by 9PM.

 Volunteers are encouraged to wear Egyptian Chapter attire to help represent our chapter at the event. 

This is a great opportunity to support a community event while showcasing the Egyptian Chapter's involvement in the community and helping families capture fun Halloween memories.
